Keepe Inc
About Keepe
Keepe is a US-based, AI-driven property maintenance marketplace — a nationwide network of qualified technicians delivering HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and EV charger services to residential enterprises at scale. Serving property management companies, home warranty providers, REITs, and home insurance firms across multiple US metropolitan areas, Keepe was built on a bold premise: that the fragmented, inefficient world of property maintenance could be revolutionised through technology, intelligent dispatch, and end-to-end operational automation.
The vision was to make property repairs as seamless as ordering a ride — connecting enterprises managing large residential portfolios with verified, qualified technicians, eliminating the back-and-forth of work order management, authorisation, and invoicing that had defined the industry for decades.
A tech-driven B2B marketplace for home repairs, with a large network of hundreds of contractors and a software and automation-driven streamlining of processes, Keepe set out to provide an efficient end-to-end user experience — available seven days a week, built for fast turnaround, and designed to take the coordination burden entirely off the enterprises it served.
The ambition was clear. The infrastructure to deliver it at scale did not yet exist.
That is where Wedigtech came in.
The Challenge
Keepe arrived at Wedigtech with a business built on conviction and a model that the market was ready for — but operations that were running almost entirely on manual effort.
There was no unified platform. No technician-facing application. No consumer-side experience. No admin infrastructure for the internal operations team. No panel for the retail partners who were part of the ecosystem. Coordination, dispatching, authorisation, scheduling, and invoicing were being managed through fragmented tools and human effort — a model that was working in the early stages but was structurally incapable of supporting the scale Keepe was determined to reach.
And technology alone was not the only gap. As the platform matured, Keepe would need an entire operational team — FinOps, RevOps, Sales, Customer Support, and Technical Support — to run alongside it. Hiring, building, training, and managing that team in a competitive US market would be expensive, slow, and vulnerable to the talent dynamics that every fast-scaling technology business faces.
Keepe needed a partner who could solve both problems — and who had the capability and commitment to see it through end to end.
The Northstar Partnership
Wedigtech entered a full Northstar partnership with Keepe — one of the most comprehensive engagements in Wedigtech's history, spanning both the Technology System™ and the Operating System™, and evolving over time into a deep strategic integration between the two businesses.
This partnership had two distinct and equally critical phases.
First: build the platform from the ground up — every application, every panel, every system the Keepe model required to operate at scale.
Second: become the operational team that runs it.
Both phases were delivered. Both created compounding impact. Together, they represent what a true growth transformation partnership looks like in practice.
What Wedigtech Built
Phase One — The Platform
Technician Application
The field-facing experience is where the Keepe model either works or breaks. Wedigtech designed and developed a native technician application that gave Keepe's nationwide network of contractors everything they needed to receive dispatches, manage jobs, communicate with operations, and get paid — from a single, intuitive mobile interface. The application removed the friction that had made technician coordination expensive and slow, replacing phone calls and manual dispatch with an intelligent, real-time system that keeps jobs moving and technicians informed.
Consumer-Facing Applications
For the property managers, home warranty companies, REITs, and home insurance firms that Keepe serves, Wedigtech built a consumer-facing application that transformed how enterprises interact with the maintenance process. Work orders, authorisations, status tracking, and invoicing — all managed through a single platform experience that eliminated the back-and-forth that had defined the industry. Keepe works with client systems to manage work orders, authorisations, and invoices — no back-and-forth phone calls on each work order — and the platform Wedigtech built is the system that makes that possible. Internal Operations Admin Panel
Behind every job Keepe completes is an operations team managing dispatch, coordination, authorisation, and resolution. Wedigtech built the admin infrastructure that gives Keepe's internal team full visibility and control across the entire job lifecycle — from the moment a request is received to the moment an invoice is closed. The panel was designed for the operational complexity that a nationwide, multi-vertical maintenance marketplace demands — with the clarity and efficiency that allows a lean team to operate at significant scale.
Retailer Panel
Keepe's ecosystem extends to the retail partners who are part of its service network. Wedigtech built a dedicated panel for these partners — giving them structured access to the Keepe platform, visibility into relevant jobs and workflows, and the operational interface they needed to participate in the ecosystem efficiently.
Phase Two — The Operations
A Strategic Partnership Built to Scale
Once the platform was fully operational, Keepe faced the next challenge that every scaling technology business confronts: the operations team needed to run it.
FinOps. RevOps. Sales. Customer Support. Technical Support.
In a competitive US market, building these functions means recruiting senior talent, managing competitive hiring costs, building training programmes from scratch, and protecting the team from the constant poaching pressure that successful technology companies face. It is slow, expensive, and exposes the business to continuity risk every time a key person leaves.
Wedigtech proposed a different model.
We built the team. We hired for it. We trained it. We ran it.
Wedigtech became the operational engine behind Keepe's post-platform growth — building, managing, and continuously developing the full operational team that Keepe needed to scale. Every function was staffed, structured, and operated by Wedigtech as a strategic partner, not an outsourcing vendor. The difference matters: a vendor executes a scope. A partner is accountable to an outcome.
The Strategic Advantages This Created
Hiring cost eliminated — Keepe did not carry the cost of recruiting, onboarding, or replacing operational talent in a competitive market. Wedigtech absorbed it.
Operational cost structurally reduced — a partner-operated model is inherently more cost-efficient than building equivalent capability in-house, without sacrificing quality or control.
Talent protection built in — in a market where competitors actively recruit operational talent from growing companies, Wedigtech's model removed Keepe's team from the exposure entirely. The people, the training, and the institutional knowledge sat within Wedigtech's structure — protected from poaching, resilient to attrition, and continuously developed.
The result was an operational capability that allowed Keepe to focus entirely on growth, product, and market expansion — while Wedigtech ensured the operations behind it ran with consistency, intelligence, and scale.

What This Partnership Represents
The Keepe partnership is not a technology story. It is not an outsourcing story. It is a story about what becomes possible when a business with genuine ambition finds a partner willing to go all the way.
Wedigtech did not deliver a platform and hand over the keys. We stayed. We built the team. We absorbed the operational complexity. We protected the business from the costs and vulnerabilities that scaling companies face — and we kept compounding.
This is what the Northstar partnership means at its fullest expression: not a vendor relationship with a defined end point, but a strategic alliance built on shared stakes, shared accountability, and a shared belief that the business on the other side of this work is capable of category leadership.
Keepe had the vision to reimagine property maintenance for residential enterprises across America.
Wedigtech built the platform, built the team, and stood beside them every step of the way.
"To stand beside founders and enterprises who refuse to settle — building the intelligent systems across technology, marketing, and operations that turn bold ambition into compounding, measurable growth."
— Wedigtech Mission
Keepe refused to accept that property maintenance had to be slow, fragmented, and manual.
100,000+ jobs later — it isn't.
